The Library Goblin, a.k.a. Joshua M. Neff, is the Co-Founder and Sheriff of the Library Society of the World.

Josh lives in Kansas and works in a large, suburban library system as a Web Content Developer. He writes a blog called the goblin in the library. He also has a page on the Library 2.0 Ning site, the Library Youth and Teen Services 2.0 site, and the Open Education site, but he hasn't gone to those sites in ages.
