I just attended my first ALA Annual (D.C.) and I'm hearing/reading about a lot of desire for change in the library community, especially in terms of library culture and image. The way we perceive ourselves and the way we are perceived by others is overdue for an overhaul. How to do this? I'm up for mulling on this over chat/beer/coffee ... maybe at Midwinter in Philly?
