Kaijsa Calkins - I'm driving down from Laramie, probably Thurs evening, depart sometime Mon. Still need to book a hotel. Planning to hit the IS Soiree on Friday and NMRT social on Saturday eve.

Julian Clark - arrive Friday early afternoon, leave Monday evening. Only have Sunday evening mostly planned. Still might have space for one more at the Crowne Plaza (if I can +1 the reservation).

Walt Crawford - arrive Friday morning, leave Monday afternoon (now Monday morning; Frontier canceled the afternoon flight)... Staying at the Hyatt Regency. Haven't planned schedule yet.

Aaron Dobbs - Will be in town Thursday evening through Wednesday noonish

Ahniwa Ferrari - Arriving Thursday night and leaving Monday. Up for anything I can fit into my schedule, and probably staying in the big ol' Aaron roomshare.

Joe Kraus - I also live in the Denver area and work at the Univ of Denver, jokraus@du.edu. I will work with Matt Hamilton (see below) on finding a dive bar for us. Maybe someone could stay with us.

Kenley Neufeld - arrive Friday morning, depart Monday evening - meeting schedule. Staying at the Queen Anne B&B Inn. I'm kenleyneufeld on gmail, twitter, FF, web, etc.

Jenny Reiswig - I think I'm in for the Saturday nite thingee unless I'm already too wasted!  Arrive Friday evening, staying at some holiday castle B&B, the preserve of the late registrant.  bmljenny on most places.

Margaret Smith (Meg vsMeg) - Travel plans unknown, I should really figure that out. Does anyone need a roommate?

Matt Hamilton - I live just up the road in Boulder so I'll be around the whole time.

Mindy Kittay - I live just up the road in Boulder too so I'll be around the whole time also. Although my home is small I might be able to accomodate one person. mindykittay@gmail.com.

Jenny Emanuel - Around forever. Will be in Vail week before (can't go to CO in winter without some skiing). Provided there are no major injuries, will be conferencing Friday evening to Wednesday noon.

Laura Crossett - I'm going to try to drive down for at least part of the festivities, though I won't be officially attending.

Aspen Walker- I live just down the road in Sedalia, CO. I'll be at Midwinter taking my last opportunity to claim the swingin' student rate.

Sara Q. Thompson - I'll be getting in sometime Thursday and leaving Sunday-ish. Staying at a conference hotel but not sure which one since a friend made the reservation.

No pressure, folks; I (Aaron) am looking for roommates -- the larger the group of us the lower the price per night

I plan on divvying each night separate from the others for most the equitable cost-sharing, in the past individual receipts have not been a problem.

I'm flying in, bringing an inflatable mattress, and am in process for upgrading to nice suite if the numbers warrant one.

Interested? I've room shared with males & females & a mix of both (San Antionio, NOLA, San Diego, couple other conferences) with good friendships created and no bad feelings engendered.
